Blurb:
A steamy, fake marriage romance in a small town.
Noah Callaway is Emerald Creek’s golden heir, the gentle protector I’ve secretly adored for years.
Me? I’m a nobody with two life lessons.
One: Never, ever get married.
Two: Emerald Creek will always be there for me.
So when Noah offers me a fake marriage to save his estate and ultimately the town, I’m devastated that he doesn’t see me as anything more than a transaction. But with Emerald Creek on the line, I pack my broken heart and settle in as Mrs. Callaway.
One thing Noah is about to find out: I don’t do things half-way. Including faking a husband.

My Review - 5 of 5 stars -
Willow had a crush on Noah since school but did not believe she was worth his notice because of her familial past. Noah's was struggling with his own family past and needed a quick solution. They had a stilted conversation with him knowing about her mother's health situation, and he asked her to marry him. After a bit of "gossip" from her aunt, she accepted his proposal, surprising him somewhat. From there, they grew close with honesty, trying to figure out how to keep it going. I loved how much they told each other, including the grasping hands of his step-mother, but danced around a couple key things. By the end of this story, I had experienced a lot of "aahs" as he was so tender with her, smiles with the family and dogs antics, and tears as their hearts finally realized everything was real. I loved the paranormal aspect with the ghosts and communicating with them. That was definitely fun.
I received a copy through Hambright PR, and this is my unsolicited review.
