Well, it isn’t actually true.
My weekend to decompress before my clinic opens turns into an Elvis chapel nightmare.
I wake up after a night out with my brothers with a hangover, a wedding ring, an empty bed, and a blurry photo of a woman I have no memory of. When I go to the Chapel to get more info, it’s burnt to the ground, but not before the morning paperwork has left to be filed at the courts.
Now I need to find her to have it annulled, with the only information being her legal name…

My Review - 4 1/2 of 5 stars -
4 1/2 stars. A fun night in Vegas became something more. Liz remembered what happened and wanted to find him to get an annulment. I loved her intelligence and independence. She was a widow and a wonderful mom. Her guilt at being attracted to Kit almost derailed her future happiness. Kit's memories of that night were a bit hazy, but he did recognize Liz. He was very patient with Liz and very determined to remain married. He cared very much about Anabelle, Liz's daughter, and made her feel welcome amongst his family. Anabelle was a kick in the pants. Loved this story and look forward to more.
