I had quite an emotional ride with this one. From Gabrielle's terrible past, her son's current predicament, and Mav's injury/rehab, I frowned, cried, swooned, and fell in love. Gabrielle was an incredible woman, got out of a very bad situation, took care of those around her, and tried to lead a normal life. She just did not believe all that she did was good enough. I loved how Mav worked at getting her to see it and tried not to give up. He was so good with her children. He was trying to figure out his next steps in life. Well worth the read, the end had me wiping away tears.
