Wow! I loved this start to the new MC chapter. There was a lot of action, as well as steamy scenes. I had moments of tears and smiles. Haven being raised as an assassin was intriguing. The instant connection between Haven and Alpha was what helped heal them. Alpha was so wounded but also willing to try to be stronger for his club. I loved them both, their strengths, their weaknesses, their self-discovery. Definitely worth reading.
