I really enjoyed this story. Maeve was a surprise. She was quite a hunter, very caring of her people, and loyal to the clan. She was willing to give up her future for her father's happiness. When things went wrong, she kept her wits about her, finally determining what was best for her and her heart. Alasdair had his clan's best interests in mind when he set about a kidnapping that changed his life. I loved how both were open to different perspectives and found a way to right wrongs. A great story.
The narration by Tim Campbell was well done. He kept me listening to this wonderful story, bringing substance to the characters.
