I found this to be a lovely and fun story. Laura had doubts about her future, but she was so caring and generous with others despite social lines/standards. She tried to fight her attraction to Miles but chose happiness over those same standards for herself. Miles was a bit of a workaholic, but he found a better life by spending time with his sister and Laura. I loved the entire story, found it hard to put down, and highly recommend it.
