My Review - 4 of 5 stars -

I loved the idea of supernatural stones, archaeology, suspense, and romance. This story was full of this, and I enjoyed the Irish background and religious aspect. Jeanette began looking for her brother and got more than she expected. She was determined, intelligent, and independent though I felt a little down on herself. Conlin was protective of his daughter as well as Jeanette, and he had been friendly to Jeanette's brother, Tom. Through danger, deadly rituals, and travel document issues, these two fell in love. I did find that there were places with too much description which took me away from the story a bit, causing it to drag somewhat. Overall, a good story.
