I would walk away, but despite the fact that she’s from California, I find myself needing to be with her. She’s more than she seems, and I’m determined to find out every last detail before she gets blown up trying to learn about explosives.
I just have to keep IRIS away from her.

I enjoyed this story. Zoe was so cute trying to be someone she truly wasn't because of the hurt deep inside. Red was very protective from the outset and took care of her. I loved how the team rallied around to help her and her mother. There were moments of laughing, giggling, sighing, and tears. Can't forget the humor that this author includes in all her stories.
