I truly enjoyed this MC of many different shifters. Tessa became the target of something ancient, and she was pulled into the MC world for help. She was strong, intelligent, and somewhat surprised to find out about her ancestors. Vex was drawn to Tessa but tried to resist. When she came to the MC for protection, Vex became very possessive. He was so hesitant because of his past but couldn't stop the pull. As they all fought to save themselves and the world, my emotions were up and down. Enjoyed this story.
The narrators, Lucy Rivers and Daniel Wisniewski, did a great job putting life into these characters. I felt the tension, the emotions, and the love as the story moved along.
I received an audiobook, and this is my unsolicited review.
