I enjoyed this story a lot. Between Indie and her past, Ty and his situation, and Myra, Ty's daughter, I was invested in their journey. Indie had been hurt and kept everything inside. I was happy when she began to open up and heal. She was intelligent and driven to succeed, but a bit on the insecure side. Ty had his own secret that he was keeping from Indie, her family, and his team. He was protective of Myra and Indie, and when the truth came out, his world did not implode. They were a fun couple, but the antics of Myra brought a light to this story.
Narration by Emma Wilder (I always enjoy her) and Robert Hatchet (new to me) was wonderful. They both brought the emotions to the story as well as the lightness and humor, making this an enjoyable listen.
