Annie, a.k.a. the Caboose, is the youngest of nine children. Her loving mother read her lots of children’s stories, including some she wrote herself. My Review - 5 of 5 stars -

This was a wonderful book. I enjoyed the rhyming scheme, the concept of love, and the beautiful illustrations by Raymund James Dakay. Annie the Ant was cute as was the poppy named Love, and the idea that the ants play as well as work was sweet. Well worth a bedtime story and teaching moment.
