My Review - 5 of 5 stars - 

I could not put down this quick story. It held my attention, though I was a bit disappointed that it was not an HEA. I really wanted to see how it ended. Mel and Jack connected, before he entered the military. Misunderstandings, injuries, and more affected their relationship. Apologies were coming and hopefully acceptance and forgiveness in the next book. I felt it was worth the read.
